A genuine « blend » (partially macerated, free-run) rosé made exclusively from black grapes grown in Passy (60% Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir), this Brut Rosé is immediately tempting with its superb orangey-pink colour, scarlet highlights and bright white mousse.
On the nose, its intense red fruit aromas and notes of rose and peoney are literally spellbinding. Mouth-wateringly fruity on the palate, it has a soft, slightly peppermint finish.

This first-rate bled rosé champagne makes great summer aperitif. It would also do justice to a wild fruit salad or a red fruit tart.
